Zestino Tyres driver & distributor Adrian Stratford & Co-driver Kain Manning have taken out round two of the Till Hino Victorian Rally Championship.
Stratford & Manning won both heats, finishing with over a minute in hand to QLD crew Richard Galley & John Andreatidis in their Evo 8.
Stratford used the Zestino Gravel 09R 195/65/15 medium compound on his 1999 Subaru WRX, he believes that was the correct compound choice for the conditions.
"Originally we were going to go with a soft compound, but a last minute phone call with Will Orders from Activ RallySport changed our mind, Thanks Will"
Although the temperature was correct for soft compound, the hard surface was not.
This result has put Stratford & Manning in the lead of the 2022 Till Hino Victorian Rally Championship.
Round three will take place on the the 7th of May in Marysville.
