REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Adrian Stratford Motorsport

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns regarding an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Returns

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase provided the item:

  • Is unused and in original condition.

  • Is returned in its original packaging.

  • Has not been installed, modified or damaged.

  • Is accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of performance and electronic products, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law:

  • Engine management systems and ECUs.

  • Electronic components and sensors.

  • Wiring harnesses.

  • Special order or custom-made items.

  • Tuned, programmed or modified products.

  • Clearance or sale items.

Faulty Products

If a product is believed to be faulty, please contact us before returning the item.

Products may need to be inspected, tested or returned to the manufacturer for assessment. Any warranty claims will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the manufacturer's warranty policy.

Change of Mind

Change of mind returns may be accepted at our discretion. Any approved change of mind return may be subject to a restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
